If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges
- Used fitness equipment
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special order products
- Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as “Final Sale”)
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: the replacement item you’d prefer
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item
Refund Information

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it
